As part of Kettering Borough Council's continuous service improvement programme we conduct customer satisfaction surveys to find out the level and quality of service our customers receive.

Our records show that you have been in contact with our Executive Liaison Officer to register a complaint or an enquiry.

We would like to obtain your feedback as to
a) the service you received from the Executive Liaison Officer and
b) the response you received from the Executive Liaison Officer.
